Terms & Conditions

By downloading, installing, or using RokadBook ('the App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. These terms apply to all users including owners, managers, and employees.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use RokadBook.

Account Accuracy

By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You must keep it up to date.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You may not share your account with others. Notify us immediately at support@rokadbook.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

RokadBook is provided for legitimate business cash-book management. You may: • Record cash-in and cash-out transactions for your business • Invite team members (managers, employees) to collaborate • Generate and export reports for your business records • Use the app across multiple devices with the same account • Create multiple Rokad Books for different businesses

You agree not to: • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Indian or applicable law • Enter false, misleading, or fraudulent data • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App • Interfere with the App's servers or networks • Use the App to store data unrelated to legitimate business transactions • Violate the intellectual property rights of RokadBook or any third party

Plans

RokadBook offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank account details on our servers.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from the Settings screen in the app.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of the billing date by contacting support@rokadbook.in. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

The RokadBook name, logo, app design, code, and all content within the App (excluding your business data) are owned by RokadBook and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

Ownership

You retain full ownership of the business data you enter into the App.

Licence to Operate

By using the App, you grant RokadBook a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service to you.

No Commercial Use

We do not use your business records for advertising, analytics (beyond aggregate anonymised metrics), or sell them to third parties.

As-Is Provision

RokadBook is provided 'as is' without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.

Liability Cap

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India. We encourage you to contact us first at support@rokadbook.in — most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app notification at least 7 days before the effective date. For questions: support@rokadbook.in
